Well it happened. I was stuck. My wife said she was gaining weight because of the things I cook (and apparently FORCE her to eat). She wanted FISH…forever. Or at least last night. So I did the only thing that made sense…I turned to Dinner Prompt and begged for help and was rewarded with the recipe for Steamed Cod. It was wonderful and she loved it (and now me, too, by association). I made a fresh “corn off the cob” relish and a small salad with homemade Caesar dressing with won ton strips rather than croutons.
It was epic.
Thank you Dinner Prompt…you are my hero.
